Approach
We are running the business as a subsidiary of Soltec Industry located in Japan. Soltec Industry, with 30 years of experience in the field, has made it possible for us to run the business at Japanese standard. Our OJT training system by Japanese engineers and training abroad system in Japan also helps to grow our local engineers, and even to acquire Japanese welding certificate. These efforts to grow up local engineers allow us to produce plant equipment at the highest standard.
We offer a continuous streamlined production method, from fabrication to site work. It means all processes and quality are controlled, so there is much less possibility to bring about gaps and problems between fabrication and site work, and it can be an efficient method to speed up, keep stable quality and reduce costs.
We offer our products, installation and piping work not only in Japan and Vietnam, but also all other ASEAN countries from the biggest Japanese factory in Vietnam.
We have enough capacity to offer various products from large scale equipment to small scale equipment, such as machining tools, in our factory (site area 2ha, factory & warehouse area 8,940 ㎡) with 14m high ceiling and 20 double girder cranes. All equipment we use are imported from Japan, so our factory also uses Japanese standard voltage power supplies as well as Vietnamese. These facilities make it possible to produce large scale equipment, which is difficult to produce in Japan, and deliver them to Japan.
We have fabricated our products at Japanese quality in Vietnam by the enforcement of a Japanese manufacturing environment and management systems such as the 3S method with resident Japanese engineers.
